Important Disclaimer

This automated scan identifies every accessibility issue that can be detected without a human reviewer — the full spectrum of automatable WCAG 2.1 AA violations. The remaining ~20% of potential issues involves human judgment calls that no automated tool can make. This report does not constitute a legal audit, legal opinion, or certification of ADA compliance. ADAReporting.com makes no guarantee that passing this scan protects against legal claims under the ADA or any applicable law. Results are provided for informational purposes only.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ADAReporting.com or purchasing a scan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ADAReporting.com provides automated accessibility scanning of publicly accessible websites. Our service crawls the website you submit, checks publicly accessible pages and assets against common WCAG 2.1 AA patterns, and delivers a report summarizing identified issues.

3. Limitations of Automated Scanning

Results are informational only and do not constitute legal advice, legal opinion, or ADA compliance certification. This service identifies every accessibility issue detectable without a human reviewer; the remaining ~20% of potential issues requires human judgment and is flagged for manual review. No warranty is made as to the completeness, accuracy, or legal sufficiency of any scan findings.

4. No Legal Compliance Guarantee

ADAReporting.com makes no guarantee that receiving a scan or addressing issues identified in a scan will protect you from legal claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508, or any other applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining your legal obligations and ensuring compliance.

5. Scope of Scan

Scans are limited to publicly accessible pages and assets available at the time of scanning. Password-protected content, private systems, and dynamically generated content that is not publicly accessible may not be included.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Because our service begins immediately upon payment, refunds are not available once a scan has been initiated. If your scan fails to complete due to a technical error on our end, we will either re-run your scan or issue a full refund at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADAReporting.com's total liability for any claim arising from use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the scan giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Acceptable Use

You may only submit websites that you own or have authorization to scan. You may not use ADAReporting.com to scan websites without authorization or for any unlawful purpose.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
